1. Bookings & Payments
All bookings for studio time or services must be made through our website or approved channels. Payments must be completed at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking for a full refund.
Please arrive on time for your booking. We do not offer extra time if you arrive late.
2. Studio Rules & Conduct
Please leave the studio as it was at arrival.
Put furniture away if stated otherwise for your session.
You are responsible for following all instructions and maintaining a professional, respectful environment.
BLND reserves the right to refuse service to anyone acting inappropriately or disrupting others.
3. Content & Intellectual Property
All content created by BLND (photos, videos, designs, website content) is owned by BLND.
You may not copy, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
If you participate in shoots, events, or other projects, BLND may use photos or videos for promotional purposes.
4. Merchandise
BLND also offers merchandise, including apparel. Most items are available for preorder, but some are available for purchase in-studio.
Payment for merch can be made in-studio or through our website.
5. Privacy
We do not store credit card numbers or personal information on file.
Any personal information collected for bookings or communication is used only for that purpose.
6. Liability
We aren’t responsible for personal items lost or damaged at BLND.
By attending events or using the studio, you accept any risks that come with it.
We don’t guarantee any specific results from using our services, content, or space.
7. Updates to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
Using our website, studio, or services after updates means you accept the new terms.
